Park Heights offers eight layouts, from efficiencies and studios through junior 1-bedrooms, 1-bedrooms, three different 2-bedroom configurations, and 3-bedrooms. You can see the layout and dimensions for each on our floor plans page.

Yes — space is one of the things residents notice first. The efficiency alone is 285 square feet with an 18' x 12' living room, and the 2- and 3-bedroom layouts are considerably larger than comparably priced apartments in the area. Every floor plan is posted with its dimensions so you can see exactly what you're getting before you visit.

Park Heights sits in Germantown, minutes from East Falls, Manayunk, Mt. Airy, Chestnut Hill, Roxborough, and Bala Cynwyd. Wissahickon Valley Park, Fairmount Park, and the Morris Arboretum are all close by, and Weavers Way and the Manayunk restaurant corridor are the neighborhood go-tos for groceries and going out.
